Accessibility mappers

The Finnish Association of People with Physical Disabilities’ accessibility centre, ESKE, maintains a register of accessibility mappers of the built environment, so that those who require mapping can find them as easily as possible. The accessibility ombudsman does not carry out accessibility mapping, but may visit sites, if necessary.

The people in the built-environment accessibility mapper register have undergone ESKEH training at ESKE or a university of applied sciences, or they have gained the necessary competence for their role in some other way.

The accessibility mappers have completed the accessibility training organised by the accessibility centre ESKE and the Culture for All service.
